We offer comprehensive services in case of sale orpurchase of properties: · meeting with clients, registration of orders in the information system of the company and assignment of order to responsible broker; · inspection visit of the property after agreement with the client; · preparation of photographic documentation of the property and its presentation on home web site of the company and on www.reality.sk and www.reality.sme.sk; · preparation of property offer and its subsequent promotion in specialised real estate periodicals and presentation on real estate servers on the Internet; · active search and contacting of potential customers of the property, conduct of business negotiations, inspection visits of properties; · complex legal service and preparation of all necessary contracts and documents; · other legal actions (expert opinion, proposal for registration in the cadastre of real estate, blockage of payment of financial resources) necessary for successful accomplishment of transaction; · cooperation with the client at handover proceedings of the property, personal presence of responsible representative of our company; · investment advisory for clients. Our company is entitled to agreed mediation fee only in the case a contract is concluded on the subject-matter of the mediation. Usually the mediation fee in the case of purchase and sale of real estate varies within the interval from 4% to 5% from purchase price. Costs that are not included in the mediation fee and are paid by the client himself: · expert opinions · legal, administrative, notarial and bank fees · specifically requested services of legal character · linguistic translations and interpreting services |
